Service requirements:
- Check the identity of the facility officials to access the service through OTP system
- Complete the registration of the application data for the concerned person, the worker
- Send the application with the required attachments to the Ministry for compliance, audit and
approval
Attachments required for the service:
- A copy of the identity card of the authorized signatory
- A copy of the ID card of the applicant
- Copy of the establishment registration card
- A copy of the municipality license
- A copy of the commercial registration
- Education degrees certified by the officials authorities
